selector. The appliance will guide you through the procedure.

The recommended temperature

for all functions can be

permanently altered within the

range available for that function

(see "Function chart").

Z FACTORY DEFAULT X (=no), yes (= reinstate all standard

factory default settings)

Use I PROGRAMMING for:

T WATER HARDNESS soft 1, medium 2, hard 3, very hard 4

U DISPLAY CONTRAST 17 settings

V AUDIBLE TONE Constant tone, Intermittent

W BUZZER VOLUME 11 settings

$ IN OPERATION lock permitted, not permitted

h START manual, automatic

X SWITCH FROM °C/°F Celsius C, Fahrenheit F

Y DEMO-MODE on, off
